Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
UK Delivery

EU & International Delivery Orders shipped to the European Union and other international destinations typically arrive within 7–14 business days. Please note that customs clearance may add additional time. Any applicable import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Tracking Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website.
Failed Deliveries All items are confirmed as delivered by our carrier. If you believe your order has been lost or delivered incorrectly, please contact us at firsthome@lt.direct within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
